  1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to our made-to-order policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion after reviewing the issue.
